Jesse Bolding - Blacksmithing

Jesse Dylan Bolding is from Burke County, North Carolina.

He took an introductory blacksmithing class in 2019 and fell in love with the medium and craft. For the past six years, he has been an apprenticing blacksmith here at the park. Today, Jesse has branched out on his own, leading park demonstrations and conducting a myriad of blacksmithing course offerings. He specializes in knives, home decorative items, and other bespoke items.

Jesse is an attentive, supportive, and passionate craftsman/instructor. He always makes time to share and educate others in the field while continuously empowering them to also follow his lead by taking up the hammer as a profession. Jesse is a devoted park resident artist and is a true local asset.
